Memorial Gifts to JL Cares
Memorial gifts are meaningful ways to honor family members, friends, or colleagues by celebrating their names, their accomplishments, or their lives with a donation to JL Cares. JL Cares will acknowledge your gift with a card to the honoree’s family.
Please include the name of the honoree in the Memo section of the check. Also provide the home address and phone number of the donor and family of the honorarium to be used for the acknowledgement cards.
Don't want to pay online? You can drop off a check at the JL Administrative office. Alternatively, you can have the charge posted to your member billing account; however, you will not receive a receipt for tax purposes should you choose the member billing option.
